Guest approval
Bring in outside approvers. No accounts needed.
Some approvals need someone outside your organization. Send them a secure link: they verify their email with a one-time code, see that one application, decide, and print a record of their decision.

Print1. The link arrives
An email with the organization's name, the application number and a link valid for a set time.
2. Email check
The page shows nothing until the guest confirms their email with a 6-digit code.
3. Review and decide
The guest sees that one application and approves, rejects or asks for changes.
4. Decision record
A print-ready record of the decision, with a reference anyone authorized can verify.
Nothing shown until verified
Holding the link isn't enough. The page reveals nothing about the application until the code sent to the guest's own email is entered.
One task, one link
Each link opens one task only, can't be guessed, and expires. Requesters can re-send a fresh link if it lapses.
Same audit, same rules
Guest decisions follow the step's completion rules and are recorded with the guest's name, email and the details they entered.
How it works
- 01
Add a guest step
In the flow, add a step for an outside approver — fixed, or entered by the requester.
- 02
Guest is emailed
When the step starts, the guest receives their personal link.
- 03
Guest decides
After the email code, they review and decide that one task.
- 04
Record kept
The decision joins the application's history and audit trail.
Questions
Does a guest need an account?
No. A guest proves they control the email address with a one-time code for each visit.
What can a guest see?
Only the application they were asked to decide, without internal comments or other applications.
Can guests be switched off?
Yes. Guest approval is off until an administrator turns it on.
