Questions
Can a requester withdraw an application?
Yes. Until the final decision, the requester or their representative can recall it, and every pending task is cancelled.
Can an approver change their mind?
Yes, within a set window (24 hours by default) while no later step has decided and the application isn't final. The original decision stays in the history, with the reason for the change.
Can several people approve one step?
Yes. A step can need any one approver, all of them, or a set number — for example 2 of 3 board members.
