This notice covers this website (www.apirel.com). Data your organization keeps in the Apirel service is covered by your agreement with us and our data processing agreement.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the Book a demo form: name, work email, organization, country, organization size, preferred language and your message.
- If you accept analytics cookies: how you use the site, collected by Google Analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. IP addresses are not stored in full.
How we use it
- To contact you about the demo you asked for and prepare a quote.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Cookies
- Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
- The site remembers your cookie choice in your browser's local storage.
- If you choose a language with the language switcher, a cookie (apirel_lang) remembers it for a year so the home page opens in that language. It holds only the language code.
Who we share it with
- Google, as the provider of Google Analytics, if you accept analytics cookies.
- We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, under the PDPA, the APPI or the GDPR where it applies. Send your request through our contact form.
